Danielle is without question one of the best in the business. Ever since I started getting haircuts from her 7 years ago, she's never let me down...and I am a very picky person. I travel all over the world and have visited many elite hair salons. Most are overpriced, overglorified, Supercuts. Over the years my hairstyles have changed and she keeps herself in tune with the latest styles. She brings alot of experience to the table, along with a great personality and the utmost professionalism. Even if you're not quite sure of the hair on your head and what you want to do with it, I'll betcha she has the perfect diagnosis and when she's through with it you'll feel like a movie star. Frankly, If I wanted to be selfish, I wouldn't want anymore people to take up her appointments anymore so if you don't book her up that leaves me an opportunity to get a haircut when I'm in town, but I've already sent my mother, sisters, cousins, father, grandfather, and most of my friends from the east coast to her and they are now all regulars. If you don't realize how lucky you are when you manage to schedule an appointment with her, you're going to recognize how elite she is when you see her in action. I always wonder why she isn't working in Hollywood with movie stars and the like getting paid what she's worth (her prices now are ridiculously low for what she does!!) - so get her while she's available - she may not be for long! more

I saw the rating for this salon on Citysearch and had been very unhappy with my past few trims. As a naturally curly haired person, it's very difficult to find a stylist/salon that can cut my hair properly. A big thank you to everybody who submitted a review -- it helped so much to make a decision. I did go to the salon and Megan did my hair and did an absolutely fantastic job. She knew exactly what I was talking about when I voiced my concerns and made me feel very comfortable and confident in her ability to make me not look like pyramid-head (usually happens with bad cut), poodle head (also happens all the time) or with a cut that will only work if I spend over an hour blowing it out straight and using a hot iron. I absolutely recommend the salon highly and most definitely recommend Megan. Also it has PARKING -- something I could never get at a Boston salon (usually I ended up with an additional $25 ticket on top of the $125 hair cut). The salon is attractive, very clean and very comfortable. I already made an appointment for a follow-up color. Pros: Great staff, parking, awesome prices, atmosphere Cons: None that I can see yet! more

I have been going to Megan at Tigers Den for a couple of years now and eveyone always comments on my hair. She always does a great job and listens to me when I tell her what I want. From my regular highlights and an trim to my wedding day she always does a great job. more

I went to Tigers Den Salon on a recommendation from a friend who lives in the North Shore. I live in Boston and was hesitant on going there but I figured I would give it a shot. I had Megan as a stylist to do a cut and color. Not only did she do an amazing job (rivaled all of my colors in Boston high end salons) but the price was also fantastic! I would highly recommend going to this salon and definitely ask for Megan. more

She is the best... always does EXACTLY what you ask and want. She has a great sense of what will make you look and feel beautiful. I never have to worry that she will do something horrible. I have been a redhead, brunette, and a blonde. I have complete trust in her. I let her do whatever she wants to do and I am never disappointed. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends. My hair is really horrible but she always does a great job and always makes me feel good about myself. Before I started going to her I went to all different people and nobody could really work with my hair. I always came out looking bad and went home and redid it myself. I don't ever have that problem when Danielle does my hair. I always leave feeling great . It is such a comfortable salon. Everyone is so nice Danielle, Megan, Arlene, Michael, and Alisha. Not to mention the convenient location and parking!!!! Meghan, who I see, is truely a hip stylist with unbelievable creativity and skill. If you want the best in cutting edge stye and cutting edge color, and a creative eye, see Meghan. She is absolutely the best at her craft. I just got my hair done at by Megan the other day. She took my hair from very blond to brown with some blonde highlights. I wanted it like Faith Hill but a little lighter. Although I was very scared, I LOVE IT. She left just enough blonde so I didn't freak out. She really listened to me and was totally aware of of what I wanted. Some hairdressers I have been to in the past do what they want and disregard anything I say. Megan didn't. I am thinking of even going a little darker next time. Thanks Megan. more

I haven't gone to anywhere to do my hair in just about a year. I heard about this place and immediately made an appointment with Danielle. She was very polite and most importantly, she was professional. she made the wash-cut-blow dry experience very enjoyable. The cost was just about average. High professionalism. good atmosphere. Easy parking. I recommend both danielle and/or meghan. more
