I went to this salon to get blonde highlights in my medium brown hair. I had a very short, cropped haircut. I went there because I was trying to find a "regular" salon and had a coupon for this place. Big mistake! I ended up with brassy/orangish highlights. AND to top it off the highlights came out in spots and stripes. I had to go to somebody else and pay $200 to have it "corrected". I was told that you can't do foils on very short hair or you get the "leopard" effect. You have to hand-paints the bleach on. The person at Salon 55 should have known better.....it was the owner who did that to my hair! Pitiful!
