I moved in a few months ago and I absolutely love it. It's always quite the neighborhood is safe. Security is always patrolling. And as for the office, they work with you as long as you communicate with them Ameer is always honest and I've never had to ask twice for something to be fixed.I plan on staying here a while maybe you should to. I am leaving this review on my own recognises I am not getting any coins or any endorsement for Sage Point I'm just a current resident that loves his community. . . more

Staff has no clue. Nothing gets fixed. Mailbox tampered, the staff want you to catch the mail man to retrieve your mail. Lol Lease changed with no notice, they decided to not honor the lease you signed with specials included, Gas is no longer included. WE are now charged for water thru apex. look up apex before you move in it's a SCAM. They take forever to fix anything, The office is barely open, if it is they rarely answer the phone. No drop box to leave rent so if your working your screwed being there only open while im @ wrk. loL THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!!!!!! more
