New Car Sales - I want to share the great experience my family and I had in working with the friendly and dedicated sales team at Brown's Toyota in Glen Burnie, particularly Alan Adams and Dennis Lorrance. We had a 2004 Toyota Sienna that has been fantastic for our family for 7 years (bought used in 2006) and were finally looking to upgrade our car and knew we wanted another Sienna for our family of five. We first started looking at a used 2012, but with the incredible 0% APR financing that is currently available on the new 2014's (haven't seen 0% APR on Sienna's in over 2 years) we knew we could step up and get a close to 0 miles car, at or about the same price as the used 2012, but at 0% APR, not available on used cars. We had to go for it, and the 2004 we traded in was AWD, but we elected for FWD for the efficiency in gas mileage, determining that we haven't really needed AWD in Maryland, as the weather has only had one or two blizzards in 7 years. Best of all, Alan and Dennis met with us several times to make sure we had the exact car we wanted, and in the end we even had to have the dealership transfer one in from another dealer in MD, (we couldn't find the one we wanted anywhere else) and once we were able to decided on the exact model, features and color, they were able to get the vehicle to the dealership the next day! Needless to say, we had a painless process through paperwork ( we had bought a used car there before) and we were in and out of the whole process in about a little over an hour. The 4 years of free vehicle maintenance service was also completely unexpected, and we look forward to all of our oil changes and tire rotations for free! Brown's Toyota from GM John Stefero, all the way to Dennis and Alan, made this a great experience that my wife and I were very thankful for.
