My friend and I went here yesterday just to peruse, and we were treated to a free hand scrub! (apparently they offer this to all newcomers). We were led to what basically looked like a well (no actual well though, just a circular structure) where we each had our own pedals that we stepped on to start the water flow from the center. We were given a choice of about five different scrubs (I chose the lemon mint which smelled fresh, he chose lavender apple), and after rinsing we were given complementary lotions to slather on our hands. My hands were so soft and smelled divine! Sabon IS on the pricey side, but for the quality of their ingredients, it's worth it. I would recommend the scrub, and the aroma sticks are also really nice.
