We go to Vegas often, about every two months, usually for 4 nights. We eat here every night. All day we are thinking about what we are going to have for dinner. EVERYTHING is fresh and tasty. Whatever we choose, we are not disappointed. They do not make the food ahead of time and have it in the back for when you place your order. When you get there and order, they make it for you right out front. Nothing has been lying around. Salads are always fresh, and refreshed, because they go so fast. You can have as much soda as you want for the initial price. French fries for one is enough for two. Rommi, the owner is always around to kibitz, or to suggest he will make you an assortment and serve you ""family (Israeli) style."" Their mashgiach, Riva, treats you as if you are in her own home. She doesn't just sit there and pretend she doesn't exist. Evan, the manager, is always attentive to get your order exactly the way you want it, either with more of something, or without something you don't want. Even the Spanish cook and cleaner are helpful and polite. The whole staff appears happy to be working there, and this feeling is conducive to your desire to go back. The prices are also reasonable. Two can eat for about $25-$35. The only problem is that you need to have a car to get there. We always rent a car, so this is not a problem for us. The cost of the rental car for the 4 days is worth the price of having good kosher restaurant available for a nice dinner every night.
