SVH Travel is the best travel agency in the country. As someone who is really keen on good service and deals, I don't purchase vacation packages from anyone BUT SVH Tours & Travel. Recently, my family and I booked a week long vacation package to Cancun, Mexico from SVH travel and I couldn't be more pleased with their attention to my needs and the overall service they provided. I really appreciate their quick feedback, pleasant attitude and overall knowledge about the places they suggest for travel. SVH has helped my family and I over the years with our vacation packages and with his experience and knowledge, I can surely say I am forever a loyal client. :) more

I just got back from a vacation to Barcelo Maya Palace Deluxe and I enjoyed every minute of it! I'd like to thank SVH Tours & Travel Services because they recommended the resort to me in the first place. At first when I walked into SVH I wasn't necessarily set on any specific place or resort and was open to suggestions. As i sat down to talk with an agent and explained my situation, they started to pull up videos and pictures of different places, they provided me with information on any resort I was interested in, and made sure to keep everything unbiased which I really appreciated. \r After I settled on a resort, they made sure to keep the booking and payment process completely hassle free. They helped guide me through the process and explained how it all works so we were all on the same page. They were very kind to me and answered all the questions I had about pricing and any fees. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I can't wait to go back! more

My family and I started using SVH two years ago and have been using them for all of our trips since then. First of all they have a great staff that is very helpful and knowledgeable of the trips and the packages that they offer. The whole process is made very easy, they've taken care of us in a way that we've had very little to worry about, as a vacation should be. The hotels that we stayed at have been as described and so were everything else. Every time I take a trip with SVH I feel re-energized to go back to work and the regular life. The packages are priced reasonably. Overall it has always been a great experience with these guys. I totally recommend using their services. more

Me and my family always bought tickets and vacation packages from SVH Tours and Travel, Always been helpful and always got more then we had expecting, they do their best to make your vacation memorable.\r They show you their own made videos so you get the right idea about the hotel or the resort you are going ( not like other agencies showing you professionally made videos that look great in the picture but when you get there its a mess).\r THEY ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST none ever can compare with this agency more

My close friends and I travel quiet often and she has provided excellent service. I will definitely go back to SVH because of her. Iness is very friendly and honest. Great job! Even better than I expected! I wanted white sand and I got even better. It was like sugar powder compare to regular sand! Cancun in winter time like real paradise! Water was clean and warm! Food was great! Hotel RIU just opened 2012! I found really tasty and healthy food: fresh juice etc. I used to go on vacation with Travel Agency advice before. It was my first time with SVH Tours & Travel Service. \r I appreciate your great job, Vic and Liana, and ready to go again in new places you will recommend! \r I am sure now that you know what I like and want! more

The staff is very professional and helpful. They offer great deals and have variety of great packages to travel to any place you desire. Once you get their services you will never try other agencies. I recently booked a trip with SVH Tours & Travel with the help from travel consultant Lianna. She was a great help in putting the trip together and made sure everything was taken care of. This has to be one of the finest agencies out there because I'm a frequent traveler and i must say I've gone with other agencies but none match up to this one. I'm just appalled and completely happy with the ways things turned out, it was just simply perfect and with minimum hassles, I'm sure this is one of the best agencies out there and it was all my pleasure working with them and any future vacations i take I'm going to go with SVH more

This agency was exactly what i wished it would be, they were so nice and helpful when i was trying to pick a resort to go to, and might i say the resort they gave me, was QUITE the vacation, i honestly trust these guys to help me make the best decision on where to go and when to go and for the lowest price out there. I will never regret going with SVH in fact ill be back to by another package very soon. Thanks So Much! more

Beautiful Resorts 6/22/2011

As a travel lover I have been with SVH most of my life and I am very impressed! They have always given me recommendations to amazing hotels that fit my needs. The customer service is great! I love how Vic, the president, shows you videos of the resorts before you go because that is most helpful. He video tapes and takes photos of all the properties he has been to, so he can show his clients first person perspectives of the resorts before they make their final decision! Love you SVH! BEST SERVICE EVER! 6/22/2011

Best Service in the world! This Travel Agency will help you out when something goes wrong. We had missed our flight and we called SVH Travel. I called at around 7:30 Cancun time which would be 5:30 Los angeles and I was so pleased to hear Vic picked up! He transfers calls onto his phone for emergencies which no other travel agency will do! He immediately went down to his office and booked us another flight to LAX from his pocket! When we came back to La we were very glad of what he had done and paid him a thanks. No one can beat SVH Tours and Travel's service! Thanks So much SVH Travel!!! more

The Best Travel Agency Ever!!! 9/2/2010

I recently went on my honeymoon and it was all arranged by SVH Tours and Travel. They are an outstanding travel agency and have the best service. They made everything so easy and gave me and my wife the BEST deal there was. Their prices are extremely cheap. They are Apple Vacations' Top Crystal Apple Agency. They recently launched a website called applespecials. com. Now I just go straight there to book my vacations. Its a very nice, trustable, looking website and is extremely easy to use. You can start booking right on the home page. Applespecials. com also has blogs which are great. They give you insight on their new office locations, and they programs. I signed up for their email blast and once a month I get emailed the 10 BEST vacation deals!! Thank you so much SVH Tours and Travel and Applespecials. com!!! more

SVH is the best Travel Agency 6/9/2009

I booked 3 tickets to Yerevan, but due to some unseen circumstances I had to make changes! Vahik made the changes quickly and with the greatest ease. I was impressed and very grateful. Thank you!
