I called S&S because I experienced problems with my car traveling from Charlotte NC back to my home in Atlanta. I am very grateful for their honestly, professional, and willingness to go above and beyond to get me back on the road. Every person there treated me like they had known me for years! The repair costs was very fair, and I was back on the road. On my next visit to Charlotte, I will make it my duty to stop by just to get my car checked. Thank you so much for everything you did, you were truly a lifesaver! more

Ricky explained everything very well to me and even used a diagram to show me what the problem was with my car. I didn't have an appointment but they worked me in and got the job done in a timely manner. I will definitely be using this business in the future. more

I have been going there for several years and as usual my needs were met in their friendly and efficient way. I got 4 tires and an alignment while I waited. The staff gave the old truck I brought in a once over and adjusted a few issues I had created myself. Pricing is fair and a good value. I have absolutely no intention of going elsewhere for service work on any of my non warranty repairs. more
