Item exactly as described that I could not find in town. Convenience is the key. I found it on your website, it was reasonably priced and shipped right to my house. Communication was great. I was kept informed at all times. You guys are great! Keep up the good work! Unfortunately, the box containing the order I just received last week (Rachel Alexandra & Fleet Street Max) was almost completely destroyed. One of the Breyer boxes was destroyed, but the horse wasn't damaged. Good thing I wasn't keeping her in the box. The other Breyer box was slightly damaged but again, I wasn't planning on leaving him in the box. more

Any dealings that I've had with Golden Oaks have been positive ones. I've called and asked to have someone call to give me pricing after I left an order on the phone and within the same day had an email and phone call. They are a pleasure to work with and I'd deal with them more. more

Golden Oak Stables has become the only site I use to find Breyer horses. I have turned all my horsey friends who have daughters on to you. Everything is so easy to find, and with the email alerts, I can see what is new before my daughter knows about it. The prices are great compared to toy stores, and I can get everything I need with one stop shopping. Now that you have added the "vintage" section your site is truly complete. The prices on the vintage Breyers are a little surprising, but I'm sure you have done your market research as to what is acceptible. Keep up the good work! more
