Excellent overall! I have been collecting Gunds for over 30 years! My very 1st Gund was a tan and white teddy bear (also came in brown & white), with 3 flowers in the ear and rattle in the tail. (I wish they would bring her back!) Anyway, I still collect. I don't own any other brand of stuffed animal and won't buy any other brand to give as gifts; which this latest purchase was. I was thrilled with the delivery time and the product (wish I'd gotten myself the same one!) and only use Plush Animal Habitat for my Gund needs and wants! more

This was my first experience with ordering a doll from Madame's Dollhouse, and I was impressed. Their website is easy to use. There were no hidden surprises with my order. I received a confirmation of my order shortly after I placed it. I was soon notified when my package was going to ship UPS and a tracking number. I knew exactly when my package was arriving and could watch its process. Since my order was over $50, I received free shipping. That was a big plus! My "Bobo" doll arrived safe and sound and very well packaged; so well it took me a while to cut through all the tape and then remove a ton of shipping paper inside to protect the doll box. The doll box was in a very heavy box making it even more secure. My doll was in perfect condition and looks just like he does in the photo on Madame's Dollhouse website. Bobo's zip jacket is especially cute. The rest of his clothes are okay, but they could be better. Of course, I knew what he would be wearing from the website picture. I like it that he's the same height as my American Girl dolls, 18", and will be a friend to them. This doll is an excellent play doll--the manufacturer says 14 and above, but I would go a lot younger--but also is a nice collectable doll for my doll collection. I highly recommend the doll and Madame's Dollhouse. They are professional, fast with shipping, and overall good to do business. I will be ordering more dolls from them whenever I can. more
