Wrong doll pictured and/or shipped 11/12/2012

Quick service. Good prices. HOWEVER, I orderd one doll and received a completely different on than pictured. I orderd a doll pictured with long bangs braided to the side, and got, instead, on with three pink satin ribbons holding her hair back. I will keep the doll but am SORELY disappointed. Don't want to bother with shipping wrong doll back... RESPONSE FROM SLM Distribution LLC: Madame Alexander changed the hair style from the one that was used in their official promotional picture. Offered full refund. Note - hair style for Favorite Friends can be changed by consumer. more

Being in Canada 10/28/2012

I am extreamly happy with the speed of delivery however I am very disappointed in the fact that I ordered and paid delivery then paid another delivery after the fact. So really I paid way more than I should have. However Boeing in Canada we are unfortunately limited and there are almost no places to get the breyers and what we do have are the same old few none of the new ones. RESPONSE FROM SLM Distribution LLC: Shipping outside the USA was fully disclosed before order was placed (see homepage under Free Shipping link specifically for International Shipments) and then an email was sent to the customer with the actual costs requesting permission to charge actual costs - customer could have cancelled without a hassle, but decided to proceed and authorizes the charge. The costs of shipping outside the USA and in this instance to CANADA are expensive (see www.usps.com), but unfortunately we are unable to control these costs. more
