The pre-sales are great for collectors. I only deduct a star because the web site could be updated to be less busy and easier to navigate. more

No problems which were not handled very well. I had to return a defective horse, but Stephen was very good about it and even offered to refund my small shipping cost. The new one was sent out and he'll credit my shipping ASAP. Good people to deal with and I will buy from him regularly. more
