This was the first time I trained with Neely( it's been 5 weeks). She is very insightful and knows her stuff. She got me started on a great eating regime and back on track with my exercise and bodybuilding. She keeps alot of variety in my workouts and pushes me to the very brink of exhaustion. I love this about her!!! She listens to me and is patient when I'm not at my best. All of these things in my mind, make an excellent trainer and friend. I will keep seeing her until she gets rid of me, LOL!!!
Pros: Fun, energetic, motivating, patient, knowledgable, and caring.
Cons: Wish I could afford to see her everyday!!!
