great shop 3/18/2010

I went to this shop because it was a recommended shop on my insurance list. The shop is really clean and the guys working there are very friendly. I didn't even have to make any calls for a car rental, they have their own rental cars, which was great. My car was done within a week, and when i came to pick it up i found out they did a full detail on my car, i mean they even shampoo the interior.The repairs looked great, you can't even tell that i was in an accident. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family. Pros: close to the city more

Highly Recommend 1/7/2010

My experience with S & F was extremely good and I would recommend them to others. I had a major collision repaired via insurance with them. They were accomodating to my schedule, even offering rides back to my apartment. They fixed my car qucikly, including taking care of dealing with the insurance company (they made the phone calls to schedule the appraiser). The car looks new and was thoroughly cleaned. It was ready in a week as they predicted. The guys at the shop are trustworthy and easy to talk to. Highly recommended. Pros: Professional, accomodating more

Do Not Go Here!! 9/19/2009

I recently had my car repaired at S&F Auto. I would have to rank it one of the most unpleasant experiences i have had of late. Not only did i take almost five weeks to repair my car, but when i picked up my car IT WAS NOT FIXED. I choose S&F on a referral and would not compromise my reputation by referring the business to anyone! more
