OEM Parts @ Surplus Pricing! 9/30/2009

We just bought a New 2009 Chevy Tahoe from Rydell Chevrolet and we needed a hood for my wifes 2008 Chevy Impala. Lucky for us DJ in parts found one in his Surplus inventory. He even had the color to match, so all I had to do was to see Brad in the Body Shop and they put the new one on. I never knew I could save so much money and time in one week at my local Chevy Dealer - Rydell Chevrolet in Waterloo, IA. is Awesome!!!! more

No Hassle Pricing & Easy to work with! 9/29/2009

I love my New 2009 Chevy Tahoe. Rydell Chevrolet (Waterloo, IA.)has "NO HASSLE PRICING" so buying a car from My Salesperson Lisa was pain free. Lisa was very knowledgable and the Manager Matt was very helpful. We appreciated the upfront honesty and there willingness to work with us on our trade. Rydell Chevrolet is a different type of Car Dealer and every car purchase should be this easy. Will do business with again! more

They go the extra mile 7/14/2005

I have to put a plug in for Rydells. I was not on my cell phone, but I was distracted and rear ended a truck. The people in the body shop worked extra hard and made sure that I was completely happy with my paint job on my car. I guess that red is one of the hardest colors to match. They worked extra hard at getting the car done as fast as they could so I could stop paying for a rental car. I would recommend this dealership and their body shop to anyone that has a bad day like I did. more
