On this trip we ate at both the downtown and the Del Mar location -- my husband liked the downtown location best, I preferred the Del Mar. \r

Our server at Del Mar was wonderful. He was attentive -- but left us alone. The food was wonderful, although the au gratin potatoes weren't quite done all the way. Steaks were cooked almost perfectly, my husband's med. rare was just slightly overcooked - but not enough to send it back. The salad's seemed small--a little skimpy on the dressing. I'm sure they would have given us more if we had asked for it. \r

The dessert was good, sin cake always a winner.\r

Overall we were very happy with the dinner -- and glad we could self park and not have to worry about valet.
