Worst service!! Ruined a $400 dress and did nothing to help in terms of customer service. No free dry cleaning, not even an apology! They said they followed the label, although all the beading melted. Clearly they can't use their thinking and logic skills and realize that beading might have to be hand cleaned and can't be thrown into the machine. Horrible, do not recommend. more

I had my wedding dress cleaned and preserved there right after I got married 7 years ago. I told them when I took it in that someone had spilled orange juice on the front of it. Thought it would have been cleaned. I just opened the box the other day because I was going to use my dress to make my daughters baptism dress and it was filthy. Like they never cleaned it. Just put it in the box and taped it up!!!!!! So I ended up just cleaning the big spill on the front by myself and it came out. What a waste of money and who knows how many people this has happened to. I didn't think that I had to take it out of the preservation box right away and check it, but I guess I did :( I thought I remember it being kind of expensive for the preservation too!!! I used to use this cleaners when I worked in downtown Naperville and liked them a lot. Never any problems. Prompt and reasonably priced. I even had them clean and preserve and package my wedding dress. Parking is difficult depending on the time of day. Busy section of town, but there is a parking lot behind the building you can sometimes find a spot in. Fine unless weather is bad. I just live too far away now and I stay away from the downtown area because of traffic and parking. more
