I chose this salon because I saw an awesome promotion on their website. I booked an appointment to have my hair cut and styled. I had an important family function to attend and I wanted to make sure I looked great!! Rebecca was the hair stylist who cut and styled my hair. She is very, very good. My hair looked so amazing. I got so many compliments that night. It felt nice. It's been a week a now and my hair still looks great. An excellent hair cut definitely does make a difference. She is also a nice person. My hair looked terrible and needed some rescuing from winter damage. I decided to go Runway Salon. All I can say is the salon is AMAZING. I got THE most amazing hair color and hair cut. Al was the hairstylist who colored my hair and Rebecca was the hairstylist who cut my hair. My hair color is beautiful. It gave my natural color a boost. My hair cut is equally amazing. It really enhances my features. My hair is in now in TOP condition. Alot stronger and glossier. Great salon! more

I had my hair cut and colored from Al at Runway Hair Salon. I saw a promotion the salon was running on it's website and decided to try it. I booked an appointment for a Hair Color and Free Hair Cut. What a fabulous deal. My hair color is absolutely radiant and my hair cut is perfect. I am very, very happy with my hair and think that Al is the best! He's excellent. Al really worked wonders on my hair. I am just so thrilled and happy with my hair color and the service I received at Runway. I was tired of my hair and wanted a new color. Al is a true professional and an endearing gentleman. He listened to what I said I wanted and offered his professional advice. I came out of this salon looking and feeling the best I ever have! I am very delighted with the fabulous experience I had at this salon. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Usually, when I walk into a new salon for the first time I feel intimidated or feel like I am going to be coerced into getting an extra treatment or to buy extra products. Not a this salon. The salon was nice, clean and very welcoming. My hairstylist was Rebecca and may I add that she is truly awesome. She listened to what I wanted to have done and did not make me feel at all uncomfortable. I am happy I decided to walk in and give it a try. It was over 3 weeks ago and my hair still looks great! I am sincerely happy and impressed by the talent at this hair salon. From the moment I entered the front door, I knew I was in the best hands. Everyone was friendly, accomodating and made me feel special. Nino, my stylist, recommended a nice style for me, one that matched my features and sense of self. Rebecca is fantastic!! I can't express how happy I am with my hair cut. She did an excellent job in giving me some more body and shape. My hair was getting quite thick and heavy looking (not to mention dull). She gave me some nice layers and style. She is also a super person. She was very pleasant. Thanks to Rebecca and Sasha I'll be looking great for the holidays. They cut and colored my hair and my hair still looks like I just came out of the salon, even after a few washes. My hair is still shiny and feels so soft. Their excellent service and expertise at making me look beautiful again has put me in the holiday spirit. To start my holidays off, I decided to treat myself to a lovely shampoo and conditioning treatment purchase so I can maintain my healthy hair. Overall, a very positive experience. My hairdresser moved a few months ago and I have been to 3 different salons...trying to find a new one...with no luck until I went to Runway Salon. I saw them on CitySearch and decided to try this salon. Sasha did my hair perfectly! In all the hairdressers I've been to nobody has done my hair as nice as she has. I explained to her exactly how I wanted my hair to look and she did it for me. My hair color looks natural and rich. I got an amazing hair color for a 1/4 of what I paid for in the past! I had my hair colored at this salon last week. I have received so many compliments from friends and coworkers. I like the way my hair color turned out. It looks really natural and shiny. The color choice she recommended turned out to be a perfect match for me. This hair salon is really nice and meticulously clean. The staff are friendly, experienced and knowledgable. Expert salon service and skill with Kiera at this hair salon. She is a bright, talented and enthusiastic hair stylist who transformed my dull and boring hair into a beautiful new me. My friend Lisa introduced me to this new salon in Newburyport and I am so thankful that I listened. Thanks to Kiera I feel like a new person. The hair salon itself, is very clean and modern. Very nice and bright with tons of hair care products. Not to mention, if you're looking for Kerastase shampoos and products this is the salon to come to. They are the only ones in this area that seem to be carrying this brand. I'm so happy I decided to treat myself with a wonderful haircut and a very pleasant all around experience.
