My wife and I have been customers of Rudulph for 2 years now. Throughout the past 2 years there have been many ups and downs dealing with them.
On the up side, they have an incredibly fast maintenance response team. Our house was broken into and their crew was there that evening, after hours, to secure the front door back to the house. Then back again the NEXT day to fix broken dry wall, door frames, and change the locks. Excellent maintenance service.
However, our current satisfaction with the office staff is extremely low. Recently there there have been numerous mistakes in our month-to-month rental rates. We have had letters sent to us stating that we are (at times) $1,000s in debt to them. More specifically they recently printed a lease extension with a new reduced rate. We signed the extension and changed our monthly rental payments accordingly. 2 months later they admit that the decreased rate was a typo and expected us to pay the difference in missed rent.
When I brought all of our paper work to them showing that they in fact created the lease extension, with the new rate, and signed off on it (making it binding) the employee I was meeting with became very agitated with me and cut our meeting short.
I then asked her about the amounts that were ""past due"" in rent, paired with images of all past rent checks, she became more agitated and said, ""Forget it all, just don't worry about it!""
Needless to say I have been forced to confront their accountants 3 times now for incorrect balances. (A little aggravating...)
While the maintenance staff extremely efficient and reliable; the office staff is awful.
