On time and very good 9/12/2017

Frank showed up in the time specified and spent quite a bit of time diagnosing our AC and Heater. Found two items that were weak and replaced them while under warranty. Explained everything clearly. Thanks, Ron more

Rubino provides excellent service. 9/5/2017

We have a service plan with Rubino. Twice a year, a Rubino technician services our heating and central air conditioning equipment. The technicians are always prompt, cordial, and very knowledgeable. Service techs are great, however trying to get a timely appointment for routine check ups, even as a contract holder is somewhat to be desired. Reminder cards sent out after all other apts. are filled up. Been with them for over ten years and may have to start looking for a provider who schedules contract holders on a timely basis more

We have had a service contract with Rubino for many years. Service is consistently good. If a problem arises, it is quickly and efficiently dealt with. We have met many technicians and all are most capable and pleasant. We are also very impressed with the way the technicians respect our home. more

Rubino is a Class act!!! 6/20/2017

Rubino Service Co gave us quick service, and when they came they were very professional. So many people are dishonest these days but not Jake/Rubino Service. They quickly diagnosed this issue, gave options for repair, and did this in a professional manner. Jake explained this issue, corrected the issue, and made recommendations moving forward to keep our AC unit in peak condition. I would like to thanks Rubino and its staff for a quick and quality repair, i will be using you for a long time to come and recommend you to anyone that is looking for HVAC work. CLASS ACT!!!!! more

Fast , friendly service 6/14/2017

Aaron came as quickly as possible on a Sunday evening when our air conditioner broke at 94 degrees. He was able to fix the problem rather quickly and he was very nice and professional. more

Rubino Can Be Counted On For Great Service 7/17/2016

We have used Rubino Service for many years but do not currently have a contract with them. In spite of that they showed within 24 hours of making the call to them for an air conditioning problem. They diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in less than an hour. Over the years they have proven to be dependable, competent, and honest. more
