I go there just for sushi and invite the chef to make what he pleases. 12/11/2008

You often hear around town that Las Vegas has the largest Hawaiian population outside of the state of Hawaii. As such, in this desert oasis, there?s no shortage of Hawaiian themed restaurants. A strong candidate for the best has got to be Roy?s. James Beard award winner Chef Roy Yamaguchi opened his first restaurant in Honolulu in 1988. Today, he has over 37 restaurants around the world, and is the standard bearer for Hawaiian Fusion cuisine. Blending food and the ?aloha? spirit in a dynamic way, European techniques and Asian cuisine create a fine dining experience unlike any other. And the food? You won?t find better fish in Las Vegas any place. The plates look amazing and taste even better. What more, the service is consistently excellent, with a straight from the heart aloha style which always puts the the guests' needs first. JetSetWay tip ? Often Allyn and I go there just for sushi and invite the chef to make what they please. They seem to enjoy this and invent rolls that are not on the menu, or any other menu for that matter. more

Roy's definitely took me back to Hawaii 1/17/2006

Roy's Summerlin definitely took me back to paradise! Everything at Roy's was awesome from the mouthwatering appetizers to the delectable entrees. And we can't forget about the "Roy's Melting Hot Chocolate Souffle." Which is the best in town! Everything was great from food, ambiance and to service. We always looked forward to dining at Roy's in Hawaii on vacation but now I have it in the comfort of my new home town and I can visit it whenever I want. I can't wait for our next visit to Roy's. Pros: Prefixe menu, Kid Friendly, Service more

Addictive Seafood 2/1/2005

Roy's is absolutely the best seafood I have ever eaten... and I lived in Hawaii and the Bay Area. The flavors are fresh and rich, absolutely perfect. The atmosphere at Roy's is very warm and enjoyable. My husband and I can not wait for our next dinner there! Pros: Atmosphere, Flavors, Service more

We went here with our two children and were pleasantly suprised. The food is out of the ordinary in a good way. The service was absolutely top notch and went out of their way to make sure it was a good dining experience. It's a little pricey but worth it. Pros: Great service, Good food more
