My neighbor referred me to Millers after I had a bad experience with another shop in the area. The front desk man, Eric was friendly and very helpful. I had a weird scraping noise that only happened some of the time. When the mechanic checked my car, he found that plastic thing had come loose and thats what was making the noise. He put the plastic thing back in place and best of all the didn't charge me anything. I was very worried that I had something major wrong with my car, so relieved that it was minor and that Millers didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I very happy I found an honest and trustworthy shop to work on my car.
