We have been using Royal Steamer Inc. for many years. I have had them clean my carpet, tile & grout, dryer vent and pressure wash my lanai. Their crew has been highly trained, they are always prompt and are very efficient. It has been our pleasure doing business with the owner, Jeff. Royal Steamer has saved me more than once!\r They've provided a clean, safe environment for my medical needs child by their remarkable Air Duct cleaning, as well as carpet and tile cleaning! The result is seen before your eyes and looks beautiful. When baby/toddler feedings and dog activity would trash my tile and grout, Royal Steamer would come to make it look new again. HORRIBLE JOB 2/17/2011

WOULD NOT HELP REDO OR RESOLVE the probem. My advise to others. It is NO WHERE NEAR what you are expecting to get. more

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING 10/19/2009

I was not happy with the last cleaning. After years of using this company with complete satisfaction, the last cleaning left a flowery, obnoxious smell in my house. Plus, spot cleaning (with water) on my carpet and sofa left a brown ring. That never happened before. When I called the owner to request another cleaning WITHOUT CHEMICALS - for which I was happy to pay - I was told to go find another company. These people have no desire to make customers happy.
