She asked me questions that proved to me this was the right choice. She sent CJ to my house. He was clean, nice and very very knowledgeable. I am a veteran of the Panama Canal. You would think I would know a thing or two about plumbing. I called looking for a technician to provide an estimate regarding an install on a new jacuzzi. I didn't know it would require so much. Erick told me that he would provide with me with a detailed itemized statement. He did. What he wrote it up blew my socks off.
