Maintenance was performed by Gabriel on HVAC unit today. He was respectful, courteous, and informing. He told me what he was going to do and then explained to me what he had done upon completion of work. I have experienced professional behavior from the entire staff at Rowland in all of my dealings with the organization, and today was exactly what I have come to expect. Thank You. more

Affordable and Job well done 3/10/2017

I was very glad I tried Roland Air ..Ron from Roland Air explained the way Heat and cooling system works .he gave us the energy efficient options with much comparative prices then lot of quotes we tried.With the price I was very much interested and the Work they did was very good and have no regrets trying Roland ...I would highly recommend Ron and Roland Air more

Rick came out to our house and spent 4 hours with us, explaining every single detail of our new air/heat system. He was extremely detailed, professional and personable. He followed up with every detail from the quote to the installation and followed up after all was installed and finished. I would recommend Rick and Rowland Air for all A/C and Heating jobs. more

My service rep was Rick C. I can't say enough good things about this guy and the service. Everything was delivered, installed, and completed to my expectations. Quality control was also done to make sure everything was done and is fully functional. Great response time, great follow up, perfect all around. more

Kenneth's Outstanding Service 5/25/2016

Kenneth's diagnostic and repair of our old (1988) Tempstar furnace was outstanding. Kenneth explained the steps he took along the way and tested and retested the repair. Kenneth offered advice on the future maintenance. Kenneth's knowledge about our furnace and heating in general was welcomed. Kenneth went above and beyond all of our expectations. We cannot say enough positive things about the service Kenneth provided. We would recommend Kenneth from Rowland Air to anyone who needs heating service. Kenneth is top notch! more
