Worst

The service people were prompt , friendly and accomplished the work in short order. However, it seems that the price for a quick clearing of a drain line thru a roof vent was high...

I recently contacted a Roto-Rooter plumber in West Seattle for a clogged drain pipe and installation of a new toilet and two new faucets. The plumber was courteous, friendly and very competent. We were very pleased with the service. When another pipe clogged I immediately called RR again and received the same excellent service. more

I called my Roto-Rooter plumber guy in Seattle for a follow-up visit to replace a kitchen faucet and to bring some of plumbing under the sink up to code. I was surprised at how quickly he was able to respond--under an hour--and how quickly and efficiently the job was done. After calling Roto-Rooter Plumber for an emergency after-hours pipe break in West Seattle, we got two repair guys who did an excellent, quick job. The cost wasn't particularly high, though to be honest, paying for any emergency service can be a stresser. But the guys that came out to help were efficient and professional, and we may have even sold a few neighbors on giving them a call for their plumbing needs, before any emergencies arise.
