they were at my house in the evening after a simple phone call. the service was above top notch service... the reps were extremely personable and service oriented. the camera that views the line is a must and these guys have it and explain everything to you... there is no guessing game on the price... the problem is resolved and they leave you with maintenance supplies to help you out once they leave... do not get anyone else to service your clogged pipes .... you have to use roto rooter! Pros: if you have plumbing needs, dont hesitate to call these guys Cons: price might be high but their up to date technology is worth more

Excellent customer service. I made an appointment online. They called my cell to tell me the technician was on the way. I told them I was running late, and they said, ""No problem, he will wait for you."" I got home, and he was there waiting. They solved the problem, and didn't mind that I watched and asked questions. The technician answered all my questions. Pros: excellent customer service -- efficient -- 24/7 service Cons: expensive more

Decent plumbing 12/31/2007

I woke up to hustle and bustle, people screaming. So i ran downstairs half asleep to find out what all the hubub was about. There was water everywhere, so i knew i could do only one thing. CALL ROTO-ROOTER PLUMBING AND DRAIN. I called them in a panic and they said they would be there very soon. To my surprise, they were there in little over 15 minutes. They were fast to fix the problem and things were set in about 2 hours. I went asleep that night confident that this tragedy wouldnt reacure more
