I called roto rooter for services to my parents home in Sunrise, Florida my parents are elderly and my dad has dementia. A day ago we found him ""fixing"" the toilet and soon after there was a major blockage that we could not resolve. Alex and Aubry showed up at their home this morning introduced themselves and quickly got to work first they reviewed the work and gave me several estimates depending on the severity of the case and equipment required to complete the job. Had a backed up line and Roto-Rooter was able to come out to the house in three hours. Very fast service as my local plumber was not able to come out for two days. Fixed the problem and let me know how to deal with the drainage going forward to keep clear. more
