IRRESPONSIBLE TECHNICIAN 2/17/2010

unplugged the drain, cracked the 2 year old sink and denied it, still trying to figure out how a cracked sink would hold the water that was sitting in the sink upon technician's arrival??? playing telephone tag with machines and lily tomlinesque receptionists is beyond frustrating!! Stay Away, deal with locals who anwer their own phones and take responsibility for their work..365$ for a drain, haven't gotten the replacement price for the sink, this aggravation..think national deficit x10 more

Highly reccommend 1/6/2010

I had a clogged toilet, I called and they came out quickly. The tech Mr Nicoll qucikly fixed the clog and also fixed my toilet. It operates better then it did before the clog. I highly reccomend using them. Pros: Came very quickly Cons: cost more

Fast Service 1/3/2010

Great Service! A pipe broke in our basement on Christmas night. Roto-Rooter was able to send someone out the next afternoon to replace the pipe and get our plumbing back that night. They were professional, fast and reliable. I would definitely use them again. Pros: Fast, quality service more

great service!!! 11/28/2009

Saturday morning, 8:00 a.m.. I went down to basement to get my golf clubs and saw the back-up on the basement floor. I called roto rooter. The woman was friendly. She told me so one would be by in 1-2 hours. Gilbert showed up in about an hour. Knew exactly what the problem was and spent all the time needed to fix it, and fix it correctly. Even gave me advise on how to prevent it in the future. Pros: Gilber was great!Q Came on time, knew what he was doing. more

Log Stuck in Chimney 9/29/09 9/29/2009

A gas hot water heater was spilling carbon monoxide into the utility room. Russ Technician 1032 came out, found that a bag of nails and a log of all things were stuck in my chimney. He recommended getting a chimney sweep, and coordinated with chimney sweep's arrival time, and reconnected the gas appliance. Pros: Fast reliable service Cons: Reasonable rates, but plumbers do cost money. more
