A very knowledgeable rep named Jimmy advised around camera diagnostics and a jet service that would be a good near-medium term solution. He also advised around the longer-term fix for my line. I felt I had the info and options to move forward. I moved forward on the jet service, and was also pleased with that service call and the helpful technician. I will continue to work with Roto Rooter and would recommend that you work with Roto Rooter for plumbing issues. more

James (3095) came to my house to repair a burst pipe outside. As usual, he was efficient and pleasant as ever. I can honestly say that whenever I used James and Roto Rooter I never feel as if I am being ripped off. I am a repeat customer about 5 times over and will continue to rely on their service. Fast help 4/16/2013

Called for a terrible back up in basement. Sewer line was clogged.\r I had a cleaning service in before roto rooter came to house. Tommy did a great job in clearing line. Took about 20 minutes. Price was high for amount of time spent. Roto Rooter could be more competive with price from repeat clients.\r Unfortunately clients can't complain about price when you are faced with a awful situation more

Had slow drains and needed my main sewer line cleaned out before it backed up. Called RR of Staten Island, NY and scheduled appointment for next day. The plumber, John, came at the appointed time. He was pleasant, knowledgable, efficient and neat. I would definitely use this company and request John for the service again. more

money wasted way 9/1/2012

I needed to fix my bathtub drain system. i called the service and they sent a person in about two hours. they were polite enough to call me that the service person was on his way. The plumber explained the problem to me and explained the type of plumbing system that i have is old and problematic which is fine. WHAT i think the huge problem i have is their pricing!! To have a person shove a motorized metal snake into a drain hole press a button for 7 minutes then charge about $400.00 with tax is crazy high prices. It would have cost me $165.00 to buy the same equipment at Home Depot.Now i know better. more
