Called for service Sun. 11/03/13. They were on time,& called when they got closer. My technician, William, was efficient, polite, and got the job done. I've always been happy with Roto- Rooter. I do however, feel I waited way too long for his computer to process the credit card. About 15 minutes. You need to update your system. more
