Jeff #3699 came out with in an hour of my call. He was very pleasant and did not try an sell me anything. He was very personable and knowledgeable and did not make us feel stupid for what had happened. He walked us through the whole thing and let us know the does and don?t of plumbing for next time hopefully there wont be a next time but if there is I am only calling Roto-Rooter.
