Brent, the plumber dispatched, came into my home and fixed the problem with a smile, pleasant conversation, and professionalism. After his work was complete, he cleaned up behind himself and began to explain possible causes and provided information to avoid future occurances.
One mean of avoidance was the eco-friendly drain cleaner, which I purchased. I was pleased to learn that it consists of microbes that feed on the grease build-up in the lines. Even better, their byproducts are carbon dioxide and water. This is a wonderful alternative to the use of harsh chemicals.
I don't believe I will be needing this type of service again; but if I should, I would definately call them back out.
