Our sump pump went out and had a terrible smell. We called them right away and within the hour Jared arrived and replaced the pump. Thanks Roto Rooter.

Good Service 10/6/2011

I had a problem with the kitchen faucet and I had to call someone fast so I called Roto Rooter. They said they'd be by in 1 hour. 30 minutes after they came, my problem was fixed, the new faucet installed. Great service. more

Roto-Rooter Great Skilled Service 9/25/2011

We had a leaking water main and called several other companies for estimates. They all quoted ridiculous prices. Roto- rooter gave us a fair price and awesome service. Jonathan came within an hour of our call and stayed until the job was done. Not only was he courteous and pleasant but he was very skilled and took great pride in his work. Even when faced with great obstacles( our home plubing was manufactured horribly) he went above and beyond to fix the problem. Jonathan was able to turn a horrible situation in a not so bad experience and put our minds at ease! We would definetly recommend Roto-Rooter to our friends and family and will use them in the future! more

Roto-Rooter of North Las Vegas ROCKS ! 9/11/2011

Roto-Rooter of North Las Vegas, is awesome ! I wasn't very excited to come home on a Saturday night to find that my water heater was having a pool party in my garage/home-office. I called Roto-Rooter based on a recommendation from a friend, and was pleasantly surprised when Jonathan came out about 30 minutes after I called (nearly midnight). He assessed the situation, and made sure it was safe .. gave me an estimate with absolutely NO pressure, and left. I felt I had all of the necessary information to decide what I wanted to do, when I wanted to do it. No hot water or not, I am typically a 'shopper around'er' .. but I had absolutely no doubt that I wanted him to do the work. I called the next morning (Sunday), he came back, installed the new unit, explained necessities, and some things I actually wasn't aware of, and I couldn't have been more pleased to spend money I hadn't planned on spending :) I don't know if Roto Rooters are franchised, or corporate owned, or both, but the policies, disclosures, and techs for the North Las Vegas Roto-Rooter are something more businesses should aspire to. I only wish I could drive my new water heater around so I could tell the story .. hahaha ! more

clogged toilet 7/25/2011

I have used Roto-Rooter many years ago in the state of Nebraska and was always pleased , this if the first time needing them in North Las Vegas. \r There was actually a live person answering the phones at 7:30 am , a plus already , then he asked what time I would like them to be there. Amazing , usually you are given a window of 3 hours for most repair people - another plus - \r The man showed up on time, was very pleasant , went over all details and type of payment before starting work , another plus - \r Once he started work he was diligent and worked very hard to dislodge a wooden napkin ring that was flushed down the toliet by my 2yr old grandson. There was a possiblity of maybe having to replace the toilet if it would not dislodge , so I was so grateful for his efforts to get it. \r I would always recommend Roto - Rooter , their expertise is outstanding , they are prompt , clean, and reliable , and the best customer service around! \r Thank you!! \r Wanda Weyhrich \r North Las Vegas NV more

You Better Have Deep Pockets 5/30/2010

The first contact by phone was ok, I called on a Saturday morning and was told they could have someone out to the house between 1:30 and 3:30. They would not give me any kind of quote over the phone. My problem was the flushing mechanism in my toilet needed to be replaced and there was also a leak coming out of the valve that came from the toilet to the wall. I had already purchased the flushing mechanism, which the tech used, this was probably a 12.00 part, the rest he suplied. I have to mention that this was for my 80 yr old mother's house which I mentioned to the Tech. No matter when it came to charging for the service, he showed me prices in his Roto Rooter Manuel and came up with something like 568.00... Yes, to replace a flushing mecahnism and valve, and he stated he was giving me a discount. When I questioned it, he said, "how much are you willing to pay"? Unbelivable!!
