Water Heater Replacement 6/7/2011

The water heater in my ATTIC was getting cranky(13 years old). I got 3 estimates. Roto Rooter was the best, by far. Jeff and Tim came exactly on time, were very neat and explained it all. They also installed a pressure relieve valve for me as we have extremely high water pressure. The cost was less than half of what I had been quoted before. They did a great job at a great price and have my loyalty. more

Roto Rooter Plumbers 2/13/11 2/14/2011

I had a clog, the shower was not draining proberly as I discovered ing the middle of my shower, and also all the water from the kitchen sink was going to the shower. So what to do? Call Roto Rooter, of course. I have used them in the past and had excellent service. I called them at 5 ish and they were there in about an hour. Ernest (#62-344) the plumber was very curtious and me being nosey, explained everything that need to be done to me. He also left a pipe cleaner solution to use every month to keep the pipes in the house clean. I would recommend Roto Rooter to anyone who needs plumbing service. On Time and Good Service 1/24/2011

I realized that I needed help when the Moen cartridge broke apart and got stuck in the shower valve area. I called Roto Rooter, and they arrived on time. Gabriel (2227), the technician, was kind, friendly, and certainly patient when dealing with the problem, which, by the way, was resolved in just a few short minutes. I really recommend Roto Rooter for solutions. Ask for Gabriel.. a real professional. Thanks Roto Rooter! more
