After my husband and I moved from Helena, MT the first store we went into looking for furniture was Rostock. The staff was very friendly and their prices are GREAT. We ended up buying a loveseat, dining room set and floor lamp. Our sales people were GREAT also Martha and Jake they both went out of their way to help us find exactly what we were looking for. I will continue to purchase furniture from Rostock Furniture from now on. Thank you!!!! more

We purchased a refrigerator from Rostocks about 2 years ago. We had SUCH a positive experience that when our washing machine died this morning, we knew exactly where we wanted to go to replace it! After doing our homework online of the model and prices out there, we called Rostock Furniture to see if they could meet or beat the lowest price we found online. They BEAT the best price we could find - and that wasn't even the best part. Jeffrey, Rostock's AMAZING delivery guy brought our new washing machine over less than 2 hours after we first called Rostock's!! He was super careful with the installation - and when he saw that our dryer hose was shot, he "took care of that" for us too - even though he was only there to install the washing machine! He took our old washer away for free. Rostock and Jeffrey, delivery dude extraordinaire, made this purchase easy and painless!! The reason Rostock has been around forever is because of this level of SERVICE!! more

I live in Phoenix, Arizona, but am a native Idahoan from the Caldwell area. When looking for furniture and kitchen appliances for my cabin, I went to Rostock's, found what I wanted for an excellent price, and they delivered it to the McCall area for no extra charge. They also hauled my old stuff away for me! Their delivery people were a delight to work with. I will always defer to Rostock's when looking for furniture or appliances for my place in Idaho. They still give the kind of service that we grew up expecting--and which is so rare now! Check them out--you won't be disappointed. more

I was all over the place looking for a comforatable mattress. Everyone I looked at except Rostocks wanted me to buy the mattress seperate from the box spring and the mattress alone was over $1,200.00. I went to Rostocks via referal from family and friends and they had the mattress I wanted for under $1,000 and the box spring was included. They did not charge me a commision and I was also allowed to put the mattress on a lay a way plan. Alot of stores do not let you do that. It was awsome. I plan to buy from them in the future. But the one thing they lack is a website so people can see what they carry if they are not able to go into the store right away. more

Rostock Furniture located in downtown Caldwell has been there F.O.R.E.V.E.R.. I mean seriously that place has been there for as long as I can remember, I think back to when the ID store was located near Georges Jyp Joint. Anyway, Rostocks is a full line furniture store, they have a little bit of everything and take pride in what they sell. Their customer service is excellent, maybe that is why they have been around so long. They do not follow you around and pester you, they let you shop and they are there if you need help. Prices can be found a little lower elsewhere if you shop around but for quaility I would say go to Rostocks! more

I love Rostock Furniture! Its so fun to browse thru the crowded rooms of bedroom sets, sectionals, recliners and appliances. You feel comfy and relaxed and know you wont get in trouble for throwing yourself on the bed or couch to feel the softness. The sales people welcome you, ask if they can help you, then walk away until you signal them over. How great is that! more
