Rossmar and Graham are crooks 11/4/2012

God forbid you have a guest come over and they park in the street or beware if you work a 12 hour shift (normal for hospital staff) and pull your trashcan in @ 1030 pm becuase thats when you get home instead of by 1000 pm. You will get hit with some ridiculous fines! And what do they do? nothing...just issues out fines and take money from my wallet every month. Quick question, how does someone who doesn't own the streets issue fines for someone parking on said street. I'm pretty sure that the city owns the streets? more

I would encourage everyone looking for an honest review of Rossmar&Graham to scroll down, past the professionally written, positive, paid reviews. Read the reviews written by REAL people with real experiences dealing with Rossmar&Graham. They are absolutely the worst company around to deal with. They will impose bogus charges on your account, made-up late fees, nobody will return your phone calls or emails. Only after I spent over a $1000 on lawyers did they agree to reverse the false charges and wrote a letter of apology. Do NOT hire them; do NOT deal with them if you can help it. Consider yourself warned. And again, check the reviews toward the bottom of the page. more

We Recommend Rossmar & Graham 6/3/2012

I have worked closely with the management team at Rossmar & Graham for almost 5 years. They have consistently exceeded our expectations and provided the type of service that was once commonplace, but exceedingly rare in today's world. I appreciate their attention to details, the follow through on expectations and the additional education that is available to boardmembers. While there are many fine HOA management companies, I feel that Rossmar & Graham is among the very best. more

Rossmar & Graham oversee our HOA and do a great job of it. They are responsive, professional and follow up as promised. The thing I like most about them is their attitude of trying to resolve situations instead of just being rule enforcers. A little sugar goes a long way sometimes! more

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank YOU and the members of the Rossmar team for the outstanding job you are doing as our new management organization. The change in The Islands during this past year has been amazing. What a difference a year makes!! And the level of communication provided by you and Rossmar is so appreciated – an example being the Annual Meeting packet included with this message. We also very much appreciate your coordination with BOD members in providing some new, innovative events within The Islands. Homeowners Association Law Firm - Rossmar & Graham 7/27/2005

This group liked one-way communication. A couple of the employees were ok to deal with but others were not. Getting a hold of someone by phone was not easy. We appeared at their office twice. The first time, the door was locked during office hours while the clerk ate behind the counter. Everyone else was gone. The other time, the place seemed fully staffed, but they liked to dodge letting people speak to the powers that be. They are not upholding the covenants very well - selective enforcement. We were not overly happy with them. more
