I dropped off a coat for my wife around November 12. I was told it would ""be two weeks, maybe less"" because it had to go to Arrow. At three weeks, we were told that nobody (including Arrow) could find the coat. After multiple aggravating calls back, somebody finally found the coat, then said it would still be another week or more. Now, four weeks and four days later, we get the coat back and they had the audacity to charge her full price when she picked it up. Not even an apology. That is deplorable customer service!
