Lee is a second generation Tank Lining Applicator, dating back to 1994. After performing and perfecting this specialized work (by means of both schooling and through working in the field), Lee then moved into becoming a director of the business and worked his way up to become the President of Ross Hartrick 1978 Ltd. Lee has held that position for the last eight years. During that time, he saw the need for a high quality product such as ours in the US, so in 2014 he expanded the company. Lee is now the President and sole owner of RHI.
