I MOVED HERE 2 YEARS AGO & DISCOVERED ROSES'. I REALLY LOVE THIS STORE BUT I HAVE ONE THING THAT I FIND NOT GOOD. MORE THAN A COUPLE OF TIMES I HAD TO STOP SHOPPING/LOOKING AND LEAVE THE STORE BECAUSE THERE ARE NO RESTROOMS AND DUE TO TAKING MEDICATIONS OR JUST DAILY LIVING I FIND I NEED A RESTROOM. FOR SUCH A GREAT STORE & SO MUCH TO OFFER IT IS SAD THAT THE CUSTOMER MUST LEAVE BECAUSE OF THIS. I HAVE SPOKEN TO MANY LOCALS WHO SAY THE SAME THING. WE WOULD LOVE TO HAVE MANAGEMENT RETHINK THINK THIS. I ALSO KNOW THAT HAVING RESTROOMS ARE A NUISANCE TO MAINTAIN BUT IT WILL INCREASE SALES. I WORKED IN SALES MANAGEMENT FOR MANY YEARS AND FOUND THAT WHEN THIS HAPPENS YOU LOSE THE SALE AND OTHERS THAT MAY HAVE BEEN DUE TO IMPULSE BUYING---THANK YOU & I DO LOVE THE STORE--ALSO THE SALES ASSOCIATES ARE REALLY NICE--ALL OF THEM--THEY DESERVE A BIG PAT ON THE BACK FOR A JOB WELL DONE.
