This place is amazing. I called and they came the same day, sent me an email with Peter's picture so I am sure who I should open the door to. Peter was great! he even explained what options I have to fix the problem. I highly recommend Rosenthal and Peter. more

Fast thorough work 8/24/2018

Brandon did a good job fixing a leak and installing new bathroom sink fixtures. In addition, he examined all the plumbing and recommended some upgrades and a water softener system. I elected to make some additional changes and not others. Not sure about the water softener and need to do more research. It would have been more reasonable had I only fixed the leak and replaced the faucets but I did get additional work done. And he did a good job and was very nice to deal with. more

This time I used Rosenthal for my business. Peter showed up on time, friendly and courteous with my staff, had the correct parts with him, fixed our problem promptly and left the work area clean. They even gave my business the same membership discount I have for my residence. What more can you ask? more

First time experience with Rosenthal Plumbing 4/5/2017

My call was answered by a human..always a plus with me. I received a call back in a timely manner an appointment was set for the very day I called. The plumber, Brandon, and his assistant came at the time scheduled. They were very personable and efficient. Follow up information was provided. I would certainly recommend them. more

Very efficient and friendly. Corbin even called me to inform me if he was held up while going out to find parts for the new plumbing, and took extra time to give me options and send me photos of the items I could choose from. Very polite. more

Anthony C solved an ongoing, chronic problem with drainage in my kitchen sink. He was courteous, efficient, and returned a second day (after having diagnosed the problem the day before), prepared and ready for the job. Just wish I had thought to ask about a Sr. citizen discount. more

I was very impressed with the fast response Rosenthal Plumbing had in getting a person to my residence for a water heater emergency. Jarod V was spot on and very professional. His knowledge,expertise & work ethic prevented further damage to my home. My only regret is I did not contact them sooner, I was trying to work with a company Sears uses to install their water heaters. What a disaster, after several attempts to get someone to respond I cancelled my order and called Rosenthal. more

The team of Juan G. and Abel were at my house at 9 Am to give me an estimate on a pipe relocation project. Juan started out by offering the services of the company and various discounts that are offered. Juan is a good salesperson. We than talked about the job and Juan made notes as to what I wanted. HE offered some changes, and they were good changes. The 2 gas lines and the one water line were relocated in about 4.5 hours. Clean-up was included in the total time.
