Sales person very attentive and respectful. Everyone that I spoke with in every department knowledgeable and friendly. Service department has also been historically friendly and effective when I have been there. Buying a car is always a bit like a poker game and stressful, but I found my experience at Rosenthal Fairfax honda to be as pleasant as possible. I would and will return there for my next vehicle. more

routine checkup 4/1/2009

I had my 2008 Honda Accord EX serviced at 4,500 miles with a standard oil change. I dropped of my car early in the morning . The service rep was courteous and helpful and I got my car back in a little over a hour.They also gave me a run-down on recommended maintenance written on the invoice, (2) the windshield wipers were replaced (it was a cheap warranty repair, and (3) they vacuumed the interior carpets and washed the car. I will be returning to FairFax Honda for all my cars repairs from now on. more

Honda of a lifetime 1/9/2009

I found my daughter a car from Fairfax honda's website. I was specailly impressed by how easy and customer friendly there site was. I got her a car and negotiated the whole deal onthe phone. Got a great price for the accord coupe and gave it to her for christmas. more

I took my honda accord to Fairfax honda after a friend of mine raved and raved about the price and customer service of this place. I have to say that it was nice to agree with her. I mean it was the best service i have had,but I think I will keep them in mind for the future. more

Ten Star Honda Dealer 6/17/2008

This dealer gets ten star for their customer service and low price. I shopped online for several weeks for a new accord and received the lowest price from Fairfax Honda. I got the new accord for 22500 with the exact options and color that I wanted and they made the experience enjoyable. more

There are three words that i would use to express my feeling about Rosenthal Fairfax Honda...wonderful, wonderful, and Wonderful! The staff at this dealership is kind and do a great job in making sure that my experience there was nothing short of fantastic. I would definitely recommend Fairfax Honda to my family and friends. more
