...are not words associated with car repair, but they certainly apply to Rosemont. Pete the mechanic. is extremely knowledgeable and fair. On my first visit, he was able to approximate the repair story of my car without me telling him anything about it. It was all based on his years of experience and was about 95% accurate. His work is excellent, and even though he's only worked on my car a couple times he remembers everything about it when I call.\r \r No one likes dealing with car repair. However, Rosemont is the type of place it's good to have an established relationship with. more

I had the car towed to this garage under recommendation from a friend. The guys at the garage were very specific about repairs and timetables. I never had to call and ask them how my repairs were going: they always stuck to the timetables they gave me and kept me up-to-date on how the work was going. There were no surprises, as the garage kept me aware of the best and worst case scenarios.\r \r I'd bring my car back to this garage (though I hope I don't have to for a long time). Pros: Thorough service. Good group of people, friendly. Cons: Wish I would've found them sooner. more

I took my 94 grand am to this shop. I was very pleased with the work. My car was fixed by a very experienced tech. All my fluids were topped off. The steering wheel was clean, my car was vacuumed! Also my 4 yr. old left a ketchup stain on the back seat and this guy named Tony had it removed. You can be sure that all my car needs will be fulfilled at this shop. These guys sure know what they're doing. Pros: knowlegable tech Cons: absoultley nothing more

If your car ever breaks down take it to Rosemont auto becuase Pete is by far the best auto mechanic around. He knows his stuff when it comes to mechanical repairs and doesnt cut corners anywhere. This isn't one of those shops where the owner(s) sit in their office all day and have unexperinced workers do jobs all day guessing on how to fix this and that. Pete does all the work himself to know the job was done right and Tony does some of the best body work around. If your looking for honesty and tired of being given the old maybe this is wrong lets change that and this and maybe tickle the starter and itll start....then go to Rosemont to get a striaght no BS answer on your car problem and have it fixed the right way.
