Friendly competent service 8/1/2016

It's Sunday morning on what is expected to be a busy day. Suddenly, the kitchen sink is partially full of water and won't drain. I called Rooter Hero for help. Marcus P. arrived within the scheduled time period and started. A short time later, Juan R. arrived to assist. Between them, the problem was solved. The kitchen was cleaned and put back in order. They were both friendly and easy to talk with. A stressful situation was handled quickly and efficiently. - Thanx Guys! more

Marcus P and Ernest T replaced our sewer line. They are both very competent and courteous. Very excellent representatives of their employer! They explained what they were doing as the job went along. We could not have asked for more in a bad situation!! more

Marcus P. and Rooter Hero is the plumber for us! 3/28/2016

Marcus P. was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job on our plumbing work (kitchen and garage pipe problems). Gave a thorough explanation of the problem and how it would be fixed. Also gave us information about how we could address the replacement of the old orangeburg (fiber conduit) pipe in the front of our property that was far superior to other plumbing company proposals. We will be working with Marcus P. and Rooter Hero SF from now on. Very pleased with the service. more

Very Professional 1/26/2016

The professional came in, I gave him the details and showed him the situation. Told me what he was going to do and he did the job very well and made sure the blockage was taken care of. He also did a no cost inspection of the drain pipes below the home and showed me pictures of how the drain pipes are looking. Besides doing a great job, I first notice that he was respectful of the home by putting on cloth booties over his shoes and wheels of his equipment, and he put everything back cleanly and neatly back the way it was and made sure no leaks before writing his report. more

Haven't used the washer drain in 5 years. (been using the sink instead). Saw Rooter Hero's discount and called. Marcus had it fixed in minutes. Wish I had called years ago. more

stuck toilet 12/7/2015

our 2 year old son put something in the toilet and it was stuck. One call and within a couple of hours all fixed. great job rooter hero! more

11/10/2015 My service pro today was Sal. He's a nice guy and is very friendly. He found and fixed the problem quickly. Everything you could ask for in a plumber. Would recommend him if you're looking for a plumber. more

Excellent Job 7/30/2013
