Beware - the customer service is terrible and the furniture you actually receive is of much poorer quality than what is on their showroom floor. At least this is true of their upholstered furniture. We ordered a sofa and chair and it was a disaster from start to finish. The sofa was quite comfortable and attractive in the store, however the sofa that was delivered to us was as hard as concrete and looked and felt cheap. They told us we could return it (as long as we paid another delivery charge) and gave us a pick up time that was over a week later. We covered the chair and sofa in blankets and sheets to protect it in the meantime. They came and picked it up and told us we were all set. 15 minutes later we receieved a call from the driver telling us they were assessing a 10% damage fee for some cat hair they claim to have found. After the sofa had been removed from our apartment and was on its way back in the truck. We had been very careful to keep the sofa completely covered and so were quite certain there was no hair. But of course without the sofa in front of us we could not prove them wrong. We paid a few hundred dollars to have an awful sofa delivered and removed from our apartment.
