Trust Worthy & True to Estimate 6/1/2011

We were looking to not only have our roof cleaned, but we needed an old oil furnace chimney taken down and the roof patched. I worked with Pat Harrington with Roof Life or Oregon and he was extremely helpful in getting us an estimate and organizing the work to be done. Part of the chimney to be removed ran through our attic space. Since Roof Life does not do work ""inside"" a house, Pat arranged for another contractor to take down the chimney inside as Roof Life was taking down the chimney outside. It all worked out seamlessly and I was really happy with the work quality. Not to mention that their bid was much, much less $$$ than the other bids we received for the same project. I definitely recommend Roof Life of Oregon. more

everything we expected! 11/17/2010

We had our roof treated 5.5 years ago and nothing grew on it. All products are GREEN. Everything they promised we experienced. more

Not what I expected 9/1/2010

We had used them before and they were great. So, we called them back again. This time the service was not as expected. Communication was poor, follow through unacceptable, left a mess in our deck/yard that we had to clean up and had to come back to complete work that we were told three times would be done earlier. Unfortunate because we really liked them before this experience. more

Treated like we were their only customer 7/9/2010

It started with the first phone call I made. All calls were followed up on. We never had any question on where we were at with the project. The crew that came to our house did a great job and cleaned up to the point where you would not have known they were there. Pros: Customer service more
