Ronstein Construction Corp

I love my home built by Ronstein Construction. I have lived in it for over 6 years and never had any problems. When I moved in I had an adjustment to my door and the builder was very prompt and corrected the problem. The service I received for any questions I had was the best. Very courteous and prompt. I even have a 7 year warranty and I have one year remaining. I don't know why this other person wrote such a bad review, I dont think he is an owner of a Ronstein Home. My home value has remained ahead of what I purchased it and I truly am satisfied in the well built construction which makes the value there Pros: Very Affordable for the Size 2,300 sq feet more

What more can I say. They are cheap builders who claim that they build with superior value. They cut more corners than any other builder in the county. Modular homes are built better than the garbage they sell. Cracked walls, discontinued appliances, falling doors, peeling tape, substandard paint (you sneeze on it and it stains!), improper cabinet hardware, unaligned windows, improper screen installations, the list goes on and on and on! Try to find a happy customer who is not related to them! The owner pushes you to use his assessor because he puts money in his pocket to assess his homes at whatever value and then you end up suffering because when it is really assessed its assessed for more than 50k less than what you paid! And the resale is horrible! Pros: none Cons: everything...save yourself the heartache, pay a little bit more with a good builder more
