They can fix your car alright, but you have to be independantly weathly to afford their prices. For instance $600 to replace a speedometer head, $900 for brakes, $1900 to service a manual transmission and this is on a honda accord, not some expensive european luxury car. Oh, I forgot to mention the ""inspection"" charges. Just to look at your brakes, its $50 or $150 to drive the car around the block to see if the speedometer works or not.
