My husband and I were NOT pleased with Ron Hibbard at all. The guy is nice but the salesmen will not work with you at all and neither will finance. Not everyone has perfect credit and well we didn't. We just needed some help to improve our credit and get the payments to where we could afford them. They just point blank were not going to waste their time. So my husband and I went to Beaman Toyota in Nashville. I purchased a 2011 Camry and he purchased a 2010 Tacoma. A week later we took my mom back to Beaman and they helped her also. She drove away in a very nice vehicle as well. And that would NOT have happened at Ron Hibbard. more

Outstanding Place to Do Business 1/18/2012

I want to tell everyone about my recent experience buying a car at a Ron Hibbard Toyota, in Gallatin, Tennesee. I decided I wanted a 2012 Camry XLE with everything. The people at Ron Hibbard Toyota have not only gone way beyond what most would do to get me the financing package I need to make this car affordable they?ve worked their butts off for the past three days to find me the exact car I want. They?ve done this without me ever visiting the dealership or them ever asking me to put down one dollar as a down payment or to show my good faith. I?m telling you this because there really are car dealerships that respect their clients and treat people with dignity and in and honest and above board manner. Keep them in mind if you?re ever looking for an automobile. more

Everyone at Ron Hibbard worked with me to find the car I wanted and the deal that made me happy. I have heard good things about the dealership and it is true everyone was a pleasure to work with. The sales person Mr. Durmic did everything I asked and took time with me and my wife. The service dept. has always given me good service and I know this will continue. more

Great place and Great people 10/24/2011

I went to Ron Hibbard for its great reputation from various car dealership review site. Everything went well, from the first beginning. Raleigh replied promptly after my quote at edmunds with specific features of the car, and the price breakdown sheet. I went there last Saturday even it's far from my place. Everyone from Ron (the owner) to Gary, Charlie to Bryan, and all folks treated me well. The deal was great and the car is just awesome. It meets all my requirements. I went back home with my new RAV4. It was quick and easy. I highly recommend their service, go there and you will find out! more

Highest Recommendation 2/25/2011

I went to this dealer based on reviews from this site. They actually wanted to sell me a new Tacoma truck based on what I wanted. Of all the new vehicle purchases I have made in the past 35 years, this was one of the best. Jerry Lopez did everything he could to get me exactly what I wanted. They worked with me all the way to my getting the keys and driving back to Nashville. I don't mind driving a little further if I am treated well. In this case, Jerry did just that. more

Great Place to Internet Shop 2/23/2011

I live out of town and was shopping for a car for my daughter who goes to shchool in Nashville so I had to do it all on the Internet. Tried several Nashville dealerships but got the runaround. The guy at Hibbard answered my questions and when the sales rep, Mike Belote contacted me he had a price and all the details about the exact car I wanted. We did the deal and my daughter went in and picked up her car with no snags or last minute surprises. I'll recommend them to anyone. more

Easy Shopping 9/22/2010

Sent in a request for information and pricing from the Toyota web site and got a real quick response from Mike Romanello with a few questions. I answered them and in about 20 minutes Bryan Hopper got back to me with full details about a 4 runner that met all my requirements and a price that was pretty close to my target. A little back and forth and we got to a number we both could live with. Two days later I went to the dealership, spent about 30 minutes in the finance office doing the paperwok, and and left with my new 4 Runner. I couldn't be happier! more

Great Buying Experience 2/24/2010

I have now purchased my 3rd new Toyota from this dealer and highly recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to try here first! The internet sales manager - Mike Romanello - made this trip unbelievably easy. Everyone from the owner, to his son, from Mike to Carrol ( financing ) to the service department treated me like I was part of their family. The deal was great - as usual - and I am so thankful we in Gallatin have this car dealership! Save yourself time and money - go to Ron Hibbard Toyota first! Second Time Was A Charm 1/2/2010

We just bought out second car from Mike Romanello the Ron Hibbard Toyota Internat Manager. The first purchase went well but this one was even better. Mike remembered us and our concerns and made sure he put us at east right off the bat. There as no bickering at all and no bosses getting involved to try to bump us up in price. A real smooth enjoyable transaction and a perfect Christmas experience! Pros: Great Place But the Internet Guy Is Awesome! Cons: Paperwork Takes Too Much Time more

Quick, Clear, Honest 5/16/2009

We contacted four Toyota dealerships. Hibbard Toyota replied within minutes with what was clearly a message written by its Internet Manager and not an auto-generated response, and answers to all our questions. Mike, the Internet Manager, didn't keep bombarding us with daily follow up emails and phone calls but did touch base with us now and then to see how our decision making process was going. He was very helpful. Two of the other dealerships sent us mindless automated messages every day until we blocked them. One dealership didn't bother to contact us at all. When we went to the dealership we found everyone to be as helpful and friendly as Mike was. Pros: Quick response, Clear info, Honest and direct more

VERY friendly folks. VERY helpful. Don't understand the bad internet review here at all. I shopped online and found Mike the internet manager to be knowledgeable, helpful, and even funny at times. I spent a little more than I'd hoped to (when don't you?) but I got a great car and the payments are pretty much what I'd expected. I'll be back! Perfect Internet Shopping 8/15/2008

The internet guy responded to my email within minutes, answered my questions, provided me with the sticker price for the car I asked about, and gave me a price at which they'd sell me the car. We exchanged two more brief messages (hey, I like to haggle) and I picked up my new Camry two days later. Quick, clean, uncomplicated and a good price. Perfect internet shopping. Pros: No brow beating and no surprises. Cons: Not open Sunday more

Rude Internet Service 9/6/2007

I was not pleased with the service I received from the Internet Sales Manager. Im a single woman and did my research before shopping for a car. I believe dealerships are entitled to a reasonable profit and was interested in a fair process. I purchased a report from ConsumerReports which provides invoice prices and calculates destination fees etc. I used the recommended starting price for negotiations and received the following email from Mike Romanello, Internet Sales Manager. This was the only rude response I received after contacting several dealerships in the Nashville area. more
