I wish I could give them NO stars!! I agree that the food is really good... but the service is AWFUL!! The staff is not interested in helping you or even saying hello! Our order was made wrong as well~ we didn't mind so much until the ""manager"" made it clear that she was not going to do anything about it. She told us (our three kids, our neighbors, myself and my husband) that she was ""just too busy to remake it"" and we would have to just ""deal with it as it is""!!! Not an apology, not a let me make it up to you nothing! This is not the first time we have had problems but it certainly is the LAST! The teenagers who work there are more interested in sitting around then doing there job and the owners are obviously completely ok with this. Pros: pizza tastes great Cons: REALLY BAD SERVICE! more

If you like fresh pizza and massive calzones- Romas is your place. The greek salad is incredible- a meal in itself... loaded with veggies and cheese and toppped with the most tasty greek dressing ever! I look forward to going to Romas and you should, too! Pros: delicious food for a reasonable price Cons: I can't eat there all the time. more

AWESOME food!!! LOUSY service!!!!! The staff has been RUDE every single time we have been in there... we just kind of accepted that they ignore you, are rude and difficult to deal with and generally don't care if you are there or not. The manager made our pizza wrong and when she FINALLY came out to talk to us (after we asked TWICE) she made sure we knew she didn't care that it was wrong. After tonight, sad to say because we love the food, we are NOT going back. When you are paying $25 bucks for a calzone and a pizza the least they can do is say HI when you walk in the door or refund the $2 bucks they just stole from you by not giving you a topping!!
